Stuart K. Mann

Stuart Mann has recently joined the Firm. Prior to moving to San Diego in 1998, Mr. Mann practised business law, international law and United States immigration law in Toronto, Canada, where he was a member of the Canadian Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Mann's legal practice has increasingly emphasized United States immigration and nationality law, and his practice at Mautino & Mautino is limited to these areas of law. Mr. Mann has served as a director of numerous corporations, both public and private, and has held a senior position in one of Canada's largest real estate development companies. Mr. Mann also served for many years as a director and senior officer of UNICEF Canada.

Mr. Mann has earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, and an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Mann is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association (San Diego and Canada), the American Bar Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the Law Society of Upper Canada. Mr. Mann is conversant in French.
